About the role
We're looking for a performance creative leader to own paid creative end-to-end at Superpower — message, visual, format, and the team that ships it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We ship ~200 ads a week today; the 12-month plan is 10K ads a year. The constraint isn't headcount — it's a creative leader who can scale output without losing the bar.
You'll inherit a working team: creative strategist, designer, in-house videographer, producer, and a media buyer who runs channel ops. Your job is to take it from "working" to "category-defining."
This is a player-coach role. Everyone at Superpower is an IC, including leadership — you'll set creative direction, write briefs alongside the team, and review every concept before it ships.
