Director of UGC

We're looking for a world-class UGC operator to build the largest network of aspiring creators in health and wellness — on-camera talent before they're famous — and run a system that produces 100+ pieces of usable content per month. You'll own creator sourcing, briefing systems, content QA, and the repurposing pipeline that turns one UGC submission into 8–12 ad cuts. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own the UGC function at Superpower. This is a founding hire — you'll build it from zero: the creator network, briefing system, content library, and repurposing pipeline. The goal is 10x scale in year one: 200+ creators recruited, a briefing system that produces consistently on-strategy content, and a repurposing pipeline where one submission becomes 8–12 ad cuts.
