About the role
1. Serves as an authority on subject areas involving the development of environmental concepts and methodology; interprets environmental regulatory requirements at the international level; to include developing regional processes based on host nation and federal requirements. 2. Maintains responsibility for US environmental policy oversight and guidance to US Central Command organizations operating in the US Central Command area of responsibility. 3.
