PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans and directs management actions in support of synchronizing the sales and transfer of military equipment to partner nations and allies. Leads and conducts extremely broad, open-ended analytical and management studies of FMS/SA programs, policies, and management processes where objectives, scope, and methodologies are not fully defined at the outset and are refined as analysis progresses. Exercises delegated expert authority to make analytical determinations and establish conclusions that are implemented without further technical or policy review, except where statutory or executive-level approval is required.
