ATTORNEY-ADVISER (GENERAL)

Serves as Chief Contract and Fiscal Law for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate within the dynamic USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Advises the Commander and staff on Command-wide Contract and Fiscal Law issues to include various levels of congressional and Department of Defense (DoD) funding authorities. International Law legal advisor for the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. Drafts, edits, and interprets international agreements on a broad range of issues, including basing rights, logistics support of US forces, security assistance agreements, and status of forces within the dynamic of USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Serves as a National Security Law Attorney advising the Command on the legal requirements pertaining to Force Mobilization and the development, fielding, and operational employment capabilities particularly related to the Israeli mission set.
