GENERAL MANAGER (OUTDOOR REC/MARINA) NF4 (RFT) MARINA

Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of outdoor recreation programs, including recreation equipment check-out, a full-service marina encompassing wet and dry slip rental, watercraft and motorized boat rentals, boat maintenance and repairs, certification classes for motorboat operators, and related retail operations. Implements higher level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of recreational and promotional efforts. Carries out necessary liaison with other staff officials that support outdoor recreation and marina activities, events, and purchase of related equipment. Conducts inspections of the marina facility and equipment. Performs Contracting Officer Representative (COR) duties. Serves as liaison between a Contractor and Contracting Officer to aid in contract administration. Overseas contractor performance and adherence to regulations.
