REALTY SPECIALIST

You will manage complex real estate and real property transactions. You will provide realty administrative oversight to MCAS Miramar commercial out-lease. You will provide guidance to MCAS Miramar activities on more complex/difficulty actions concerning property transactions. You will represent the MCAS Miramar on interagency/inter-governmental coordination of real property transaction regulations and processes. You will identify or assist the Marine Corps in developing and refining their needs or the needs of programs and then translate the requirements into procurement specifications that serve as the bases of leases and other contractual documents. You will ensure that real property assets are recorded completely and accurately in the internet Navy Facility Assets Data Store (iNFADS) as set forth in the USMC policies and directives, and FRPC guideance.
