SERVICE CONTRACT MONITOR

Performs inspections and maintains surveillance over assigned contracts. Develops Performance Work Statement (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimate(IGCE), bid schedule, purchase requests and other documentation for services provided by contractor. Represents the organization when contract administration procedures are discussed. Actsas a liaison between the contractor and the customer. Prepares budgeting and financial documentation of the Civil Engineering Operationscontract and purchases. Develops surveillance techniques and procedures to use in inspecting the operation offunctions under contract to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
