About the role
Plans, organizes, directs and provides strategic leadership for the activities of the 502d Communications Squadron, ensuring the Client Service Center section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the 502 CS/SCO Client Service Center section with a variety of installation and IT support projects with base organizations and associate units. Determines customer requirements and assists customers by recognizing and analyzing trends and providing instruction and orientation services. Directs customer technical assistance and support.
