GENERAL ENGINEER

Evaluates and recommends programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities including utility systems, utilizing a professional knowledge of multi -discipline engineering. Works with organizational managers, budget personnel, and engineering/architectural authorities to develop and gain approval for proposed facility programs/projects. In conjunction with the primary duty of programming, on a less frequent basis performs work in the construction management, program/base development, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) functions.
