FINANCIAL MANAGER

Financial Management and Administration 70% Manages a complex integrated system financial management, accounting, and payroll functions across the region. Responsible for the monthly and annual reconciliation of all NAF accounts and balance sheet entries. Serves as principal advisor on organization's financial policies and procedures. Provides guidance and support to management at all levels of the organization. Administers policies across the region that support audit readiness. Maintains internal controls and accountability for funds and asset management. Reviews financial data, conducts financial analysis, and interprets financial reports that inform management decisions. Identifies deviations from standards and/or plans makes data projections. Provides reports and recommendations to management throughout the organization. Serves as the Budget Officer with responsibility for development of the annual NAF budget submission to include coordination with N9 Region Program Directors. Int
