About the role
You will analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, development, and retention. You will serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on senior leader management programs, including Flag Office and General Officer (FOGO) matters, assignments, promotions, career development, and placement services. You will utilize advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and provide actionable insights to leadership. You will coordinate with manpower branch and Headquarters directorates to sync joint document billet details and mission requirements with personnel requirements. You will develop and maintain succession planning tools and processes to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders by collaborating with Joint Directorates to create and execute strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
