IT Specialist (Data Management)

As a IT Specialist (Data Management), you will: Provide senior technical leadership in the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-level public health information systems, data platforms, and reusable technology solutions. Advise senior leadership on information technology strategy, system architecture, interoperability, and emerging technologies to advance data modernization initiatives and improve organizational performance. Oversee cross-functional teams, projects, and programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and organizational priorities while supporting workforce development and performance management. Develop and implement data standards, policies, and interoperability solutions to enable efficient data exchange across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector partners.
