The Office of Leadership and Career Development (OLCD) is the lead office within ICE for leadership and career development. OLCD provides essential training and professional development opportunities to help ICE employees enhance their leadership skills and achieve career development goals. OLCD is comprised of instructors, facilitators, curriculum designers, accreditation specialists, technical experts, career development professionals, and administrative personnel that design, develop, and deliver training to support the development of the ICE workforce.
