IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

Serves as an IT Project Manager, overseeing projects from planning to completion while ensuring all activities comply with DoD regulations and policies. Provides expert technical guidance to leadership and staff on network management, systems applications, information assurance, and security protocols. Develops and manages project budgets, including cost estimation, multi-year funding plans, and coordinating funding packages with program managers. As a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), manages contracts by creating and reviewing SOWs, PWSs, and Independent Government Cost Estimates. Analyzes project performance data to determine effectiveness in meeting goals and provides recommendations for process and project improvements.
