Program Analyst

Develops new or modified administrative policies, regulations, goals, or objectives; and management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodologies. Influences organizational policy, procedures, and direction. Leads technical teams through the elaboration of business requirements and development of plans and schedules, to define project guidelines and obtain business and FSC sponsor approval.Creates, tracks, and defends project budgets to ensure optimal management of program and/or project costs.
