About the role

MAJOR DUTIES 1. Strategic Planning & Program Oversight: Collaborates with the Special Agent-in-Charge (SAC) in the formulation of the Office of Investigations (OI) annual strategic plan, establishing programmatic direction for program fraud and labor racketeering investigative matters and nationwide initiatives. Conducts comprehensive analyses of regional operational plans to ensure a balanced and equitable investigative program, and monitors plan execution throughout the fiscal year, implementing timely adjustments in response to evolving operational conditions. Supervises Headquarters (HQ) Desk Officers and provides oversight of the national investigative portfolio, including OI representation on the Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF), coordination of the National Unemployment Insurance program, and management of subject matter expert program managers. 2.
