EDUCATION SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTION PROGRAM)

You will draft, update, and maintain Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) policies, SOPs, guidance, and compliance documentation. You will provide expert advisory support to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Chair, Institutional Official, Provost, Commandant, and other leadership on HRPP implementation, compliance risks, reportable events, and program improvements. You will serve as primary liaison with Department of the Navy HRPP and other oversight organizations. You will oversee HRPP training and education; maintain certification records and deliver outreach and training to the research community. You will prepare monthly HRPP and IRB operational status reports and maintain program metrics. You will coordinate site inspections, assist visits, and audits.
