About the role
You will provide customer service through the creation and utilization of robotic software automation or BOT. You will maintain an autonomous BOT program that can be used to automate repetitive tasks, answer questions posed by management, business users, and customers and make data more accessible and easier to interact with. You will provide recommendations to management concerning TSC operations through automated data-driven analytics. You will analyze BOT results or other data and information to determine trends or random occurrences. You will utilize current BOT coding languages such as Visual Basic, C++, JAVA, Python, etc. You will conduct tests to ensure continuing BOT or automated systems functionality.
