MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as the senior ASW ASUW and MIW weapons and systems analyst responsible for analyzing shipboard processes and procedures. You will ensure changing capabilities are incorporated into submarine training for ASW, ASUW and MIW warfare and performance is reviewed to detect trends and recommend corrective action. You will develop and maintain a torpedo and submarine launched mines tactical evaluation plan for COMSUBPAC submarines. You will oversee and coordinate the tactical testing of torpedoes and submarine launched mines on SUBPAC submarines in Pearl Harbor, HI, San Diego, CA and Bangor, WA, Guam, and other western Pacific testing and demonstration areas. You will provide onsite torpedo operational and employment training. You will provide advisory and consultative services to the COMSUBPAC staff and subordinate commands in all matters relating to the development and use of torpedoes and mines on COMSUBPAC submarines.
