Supervisory Asylum Officer

Plan the operational direction, management and administrative functions, office accountability and comprehensive technical direction of the Asylum Field Office. Supervise a group of employees performing work related to adjudication of asylum applicants. Clearly communicate guidelines and performance expectations to staff members. Prepare reports, analyses, and field guides in support of program management objectives. Present recommendations for improvements or modifications to program execution plans. Analyze field operations with respect to program elements as they correlate to production, quality, and service to the public.
