About the role
You will conduct visual and predictive maintenance inspections of utility facilities, distribution, and equipment using thermography, infra red and dyes. You will document discrepancies and provide remediation recommendations and estimates. You will collect field data, equipment/line positioning, enter data into GIS system per approved model, review and revise maps per changes in field, maintain equipment/line data to keep information current, and provide maps upon request. You will determine what SOPs are required, develop new SOPs, review sops on periodic basis, revised/modify existing SOPS as necessary, maintain SOP library, monitor adherence to SOPs.
