SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER

You will assist the Facility Engineering Command (FEC) Safety Manager in managing all aspects of the command's Safety Management System (SMS). You will oversee the management of mishap prevention programs related to the commands Navy Occupational Safety and Health (NAVOSH) program. You will implement safety risk management through identification, assessment, and the control of hazards, compliance deficiencies, and unsafe behavior. You will assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of goals and objectives for the safety program applicable to command operations. You will assist in the preparation of the budget for the Safety Office and Command Safety Program that includes, but not limited to training, travel, personal protective equipment, various safety equipment, and other expenses.
