Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. Advises, administers, or performs professional, scientific, or technical work concerned with engineering or construction/architectural projects, facilities, structures, systems, processes, equipment, devices, material or methods. Conducts studies for NASA Programs/Projects and its partners. Performs multiple functions which may include planning, research, design, development, software development, custom instrumented test coupon design and build, test and evaluation, cost analyses, program, or project management. Serves as a member of multidisciplinary teams supporting design, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of experimental facilities such as the Unitary Plan Wind Tunnel, Arc Jet Complex, Vertical Motion Simulator, FutureFlig
