Budget Analyst (Developmental), NF-03

This position is developmental in nature, leading to the target grade of NF-0560-04, Job #AK085. Upon meeting training and performance requirements incumbent may be promoted non-competitively to the target level of NF-04. In a developmental capacity performs the duties characteristic of the specific occupational series for 0560, accomplishing a variety of developmental duties in support of the overall work of the organization. Duties and assignments are planned to develop and broaden skills and provide practical experience, as prescribed in the Training Plan, for progressively more complex assignments; and for noncompetitive promotion upon full demonstration of satisfactory ability to perform the full scope of duties of a full performance Budget Analyst.
