SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will be responsible for directing the Real Property Management and the Requirements Branch, and for the efficient and effective operation of Facilities Management as it relates to liaison with supported commands. You will provide the leadership, coordination, and oversight necessary to accomplish space management analysis and site approval determination, working with installation commanders, program managers, and consultants. You will develop and execute the installation’s long-term execution plan related to facility sustainment, restoration, modernization, and validating requirements. You will be responsible for all Real property Branch products and services, including studies, analysis, investment strategies, safety criteria, anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP), facility asset evaluations, and life-cycle cost estimates.
