PROGRAM MANAGER

You will manage the full range of NLW acquisition activities including system conceptualization, systems development for multiple programs and product fielding. You will serve as a technical expert, providing advice and guidance in areas that require extensive interpretation for many different and unrelated program processes and methods. You will manage program progress, conducting programmatic assessments, eliminating redundancy and to streamline the development of acquisition efforts, identifying program issues and providing recommendations on program direction. You will formulate guidance for the redirection of efforts, as required. You will perform the administrative and personnel management functions relative to the staff supervised. You will observe workers' performance; demonstrates and conducts work performance critiques. Provides informal feedback and periodically evaluates employee performance. Resolves informal complaints and grievances.
