Training Administrator

Responsible for implementation and integration of Health Informatics Technology (HIT) solution automation technologies and business applications into training. Performs training management related tasks which includes identifying, analyzing, and developing policy, utilizing technical assistance for the implementation of new business practices and policies. Provides guidance to analysts and trainers in the execution of the implementation of modifications to existing systems training plans and materials. Develops training programs through reviews of systems, lesson plans, instructional materials, program evaluations, and participant outcomes. Develops and presents Health Informatics Technology education content and compliance briefs to Network leaders and other stakeholders. Provides plans, assessments and analysis of the mission to ensure Implementation and Sustainment of programs quality and effectiveness.
