Lead Supply Technician

Serves as a working leader over other employees and concurrently performs identical duties. Distributes and balances the workload among empl0oyees in accordance with established workflow and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and makes available written instructions, reference materials and supplies. Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices. Performs research and analysis when discrepancies are identified because of physical inventories. Assists with investigations when recording imbalances, losses, and/or Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) problems related to lost material. Determines the cause of record imbalances through collection, analysis, and evaluation of factors contributing to the inventory adjustment.
