SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within the Office of Security and Integrity and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Serve as the Section Chief in the Citizenship and Immigration Services {USCIS} Office of Security and Integrity {OSI}. Playing a key role in preparing, analyzing, formulating, developing, reviewing and implementing USCIS security policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with Executive Orders, federal laws, regulations and DHS and USCIS directives. Establishes and carries out specific action plans for accomplishing short-and long term goals and objectives and OSI's mission and vision as it relates to USCIS and field operations. Assign tasks and projects, explain work requirements, prescribes procedures and techniques, and furnishes policy guidance to security specialists to accomplish the specific security program's strategic objectives.
