About the role
Provide reviews, assistance, and guidance in consultation with Human Capital and Training (HCT) Labor and Employee Relations (LER) and Office of Chief Counsel (OCC) on labor and employee relations, performance management programs and training. Manage, coordinate, track, and monitor LER correspondence, Office of Security and Integrity investigations, management inquiries, preliminary inquiries, and disciplinary/adverse actions Participate in planning, reviewing, and implementing new developments or policies in employee benefits, employee relations, labor relations, and performance management. Interpret legislation, regulations, and policy, and collaborate with agency LER and/or OCC representatives to analyze and solve particularly complex and sensitive organizational matters. Identify vulnerabilities, gaps, patterns, and trends in local management processes and techniques to help prepare and facilitate training and development for leadership.
