WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Senior Intergovernmental Affairs Specialist , you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Consults, local, and Tribal elected officials, including legislative bodies, regional clients and interest groups to assess the need for new HHS initiatives, regulations or statues. Prepares hot issues and briefing materials for the White House, Secretary, Deputy Secretary and Director of IEA and the RD. Serves as senior advisor to the RD on external relations with elected and appointed government officials at the State, local and Tribal levels, including both legislative and executive branches.
