About the role
You will collect information about assigned parts and/or subassemblies, and provides information to contractors, inspectors, other government activities personnel, etc., to solve equipment problems ranging from routine to complex. You will provide direct technical support, relating to material and repair parts, to branches within Expeditionary Maintenance Center (EMC) and other units they support, in performance of their missions and special projects. You will review technical equipment data for standard equipment and recommend additions, deletions or changes to the data to ensure its accuracy, consistency, modifications to equipment, stocking locations and other information that are made. You will collect all information submitted by EMC personnel and their customers, related to individual malfunctions of components and/or assemblies, and recommends appropriate corrective measures by the end user or equipment modifications You will develop; screen or revise material requirement lists
