About the role
You will revise safety training instructions and guidelines to incorporate changes safety and occupational health (SOH) rules and regulations. You will deliver formal safety and occupational health training sessions or classes to promote safety. You will administer safety programs (e.g., medical surveillance, respiratory protection programs) to verify scheduling and tracking are updated for occupational safety and health program. You will use safety and occupational health principles, practice and procedures to develop and recommend the implementation and management of safety and health programs. You will recommend corrective actions required to prevent recurrences of accidents and incidents. You will conduct safety and occupational health inspections, evaluations, and surveys of industrial facilities to identify, control, mitigate and eliminate safety hazards.
