COMMUNITY PLANNER

You will perform long-range planning and management of new substantive agency programs where precedents are scarce or nonexistent. You will review productivity in all areas, monitors problems areas, and overseas implementation of solutions to problems. You will serve as a project manager for centrally managed activities, performing the full range of program/project management functions for community planning programs and projects. You will independently design, implement, and/or evaluate portions of programs, projects, etc., related to community planning. You will perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
