About the role

Operates a computer workstation to receive and convert job order data into formats suitable for production. Designs and prints a variety of work including but not limited to banners, posters, invitations, brochures, newsletters, business cards, programs, etc. Regularly uses computer-based design programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Assists in planning, developing, and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for the Force Support Squadron. Assists in developing marketing training programs for employees, on topics such as the marketing process, advertising strategies, customer relations and media techniques. Assists in conducting market research. Maintains all FSS social media and digital marketing content and assists with creation of marketing content.
