About the role
As a Management Analyst, you will support OCFO through executive coordination, workforce management, organizational and employee developmental, administrative operations, and strategic planning. You will also manage either the Performance Management, Awards and Employee Development Programs or the Space, Facilities, Property and Contracts Management Programs. As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serve as a Management Analyst in establishing short- and long-range goals to support the Office of the Chief Financial Officer's (OCFO) strategic milestones. Develop budgetary and personnel resources required to achieve programmatic objectives. Design and conduct evaluative studies analyzing the effectiveness of programs on managemental and organizational efficiency.
