Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Plans, analyzes, and reviews major programs associated with organizational privacy and compliance program plans. Applies an extensive knowledge of different functional programs, program planning, evaluation, analysis, and budgeting techniques. Tracks the latest technological and policy developments applicable to HIPAA and privacy program implementation. Conducts analysis of broad areas of the Privacy Office's work processes, operational practices, environments, and needs that impact organizational compliance with federal regulations. Develops timelines and coordination controls to ensure the integrity of the Privacy Program Plan. Oversees the compliance and execution of various program work streams under the direction of senior leadership. Interprets policies and regulations related to organizational management functions, programs, and compliance methodologies. Assigns workloads and manages priorities for multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team members.
