LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will support the formulation and justification of NSW Center budget estimates in collaboration with the departments and subordinate commands performing continuous analysis. You will monitor budget execution to ensure funds are obligated and expended to accomplish planned performance goals and successful execution of requirements. You will ensure compliance with established processes, policies, and auditability standards, to include oversight or liaison functions for financial management activities. You will ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and products and services. You will lead the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing the workload and tasks in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.
