FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Primarily responsible for supporting the basic processes available in various timekeeping systems to include but not limited to the assigned area of responsibility for the Customer Service Representative (CSR). Reviews and maintains current/prior year financial system obligation/expenses/expenditures records related to the supply/travel/fuel system charges and credits. Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and researching outstanding obligations/expenses/expenditures in preparation of the Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) for current and prior year documents. Review, post expenses/accounts payable in the financial system and prepare 1034s/1164s for signature and processing for payment to DFAS.
