Supervisory Management & Program Analyst

Responsible for the overall management in the coordination of initiatives such as, Knowledge Management, Risk Management and Audit support. Provides oversight, identification, and reporting of the current and projected future state of the programs to ensure the VFMP meets its goals and objectives and has the necessary resources to meet these accomplishments. Assists in planning, coordinating, and directing the full scope of operations within VFMP. Delegates responsibility for determining the organizational structure, expenditures, and programming requirements for the directorate. Assists in providing personnel management for VFMP, PMO and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
