SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the HQ AFMAA Management Engineering (ME) Directorate. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Directorate of Management Engineering (ME) functions and objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors. Advises staff regarding policies, procedures, and directives of higher-level management or headquarters. Represents directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with DoD, HQ USAF, MAJCOM, base and other Air Force and civilian organizations. Focal point for the Air Force Management Engineering (ME) Program; authoritative, recognized authority, applies ME and manpower expertise to develop, interpret, and implement policies and procedures to execute the Air Force ME Program.
