MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Leads a manpower management engineering team, as a project manager, to conduct manpower requirement determinant and process improvement projects/studies utilizing approved management engineering and process improvement practices. Lead/supports efforts on selected projects to develop agency and Air Force positions and plans. Furnishes technical guidance, information, and advice to other study/project members. Project leader/manager responsible to manage, direct, coordinate, oversee, and report complex projects; defines scope, priority, and staff; provides technical direction in project management, team building, facilitation, process improvement analysis, and methodology/tool required to develop, substantiate, and defend result.
