SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Total Force Analysis Branch. Program Administrator and Subject Matter Expert Air Force wide for Total Force Assessments/ Analysis. Leads a branch that conducts Total Force assessments/analysis. Develops goals and objectives that integrate Department of Defense (DoD), HHQ USAF, AFMAA, and Wartime Analytics Division objectives. Establishes policies and procedures for accomplishment of the assessment/analysis studies. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Keeps employees informed of management goals and objectives, as well as of changes in regulations, policies, and procedures governing the work. Advises and provides counsel to employees on work and administrative matters including application of the policies, procedures, and directives of management. Selects or recommends selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirement
