About the role
As a Supervisory Health Scientist you will: Have an alter ego to the Branch Chief, sharing in all aspects of Branch's operation and exercises full supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Assist in the development of policies, procedures and guidelines, and identify the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. Develop, implement, evaluate and improve processes and procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the organization directed. Designs, oversees, implements, and conducts scientific surveys/studies or projects to identify and solve implementation issues and activities associated with a limited health benefits model that provides medically necessary treatment and monitoring to eligible members in the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program.
