About the role

Develops and Manages Flying Schedules for the Wing. Creates, adjusts, and publishes long-range and short-range flying schedules for a variety of aircraft and aircrews, considering operational requirements, maintenance needs, training objectives, crew availability, and resource constraints Coordinates and Resolves Scheduling Conflicts. Identifies and resolves conflicts arising from competing demands for aircraft, aircrew, airspace, and support services but does not control flights. Analyzes Flight Operations Data and Trends. Collects, analyzes, and interprets flight operations data (e.g., flight hours, sortie rates, cancellation reasons) to identify trends, potential problems, and areas for improvement in scheduling efficiency and resource utilization. Ensures compliance with regulations and directives. Interprets and applies regulations, directives, and policies governing flight operations scheduling, aircrew qualifications, and resource management. Provides expert advice and guidance
