RECREATION SPECIALIST

Announcement will close once position is filled The purpose of the position is to assist the Marina Manager in the development of strategies that enhance and expand Marina and Tides Club membership and ensures the efficient operation of the Marina and Tides. Plans and organizes membership drives. Works with FSS Marketing on campaigns and publicity to promote patronage and membership at the Marina/Tides. Performs various customer service, administrative services. Within established policies and objectives, Coordinates and conducts a variety of recreation programs in support of a large program. Provides operational oversight of the Marina and Tides. Implements higher-level directives, selects activities and services to be offered in addition to required basic programs.
