SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a principal advisor (SWOSN72 Deputy Director) to the Navigation and Deck Mission Area Chair on all matters relation to submission of the NSS Program Operation Memorandum (POM) to OPNAV N96. You will develop and implement the Surface Experience Tracker Analyzing Navigational Trends (SEXTANT) across the surface enterprise. You will directly supervise assigned subordinate civilian NSS instructors and/or contractors, consisting of a mix of former naval officers on both Naval Combatants and Merchant Mariners in daily execution of training. You will plan and assign work to subordinates based on overall priorities and set/adjust short and long-term goals and priorities accordingly. You will ensure that all curriculum is either developed internally using the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) End to End development process or the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model.
