Mechanical Engineer

Review directive, specification, design criteria and other available data preparatory to the accomplishment of the mechanical design and the preparation of design analysis. Develop, maintain and manage completion schedule, design cost, and construction cost limitation. Prepare all design, amendment, and modification using state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Utilize Building Energy Modeling (BEM) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) programs in the preparation of mechanical engineering design. Make field investigation of existing facility and construction project, acting as consultant to construction personnel.
