About the role
Work with all Project Managers, Program/Budget Analysts, technical managers, and functional chiefs to ensure that all projects are identified and entered in the APMS/ P2/P3e Guide APMS Users regarding planning, preparing, and implementing the Project Management Business Processes. Review project progress, measuring performance and recommending necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost. Develop local reports, briefings, summary fact sheets, and procedures to facilitate communication of scope, schedule, and budget status within the PDT and upward reporting of execution status.
